Marco Faytong-Haro's interests focus on health, social epidemiology, inequality, gender, time use, and development. He is a Ph.D. candidate in Sociology and Demography at Penn State University, where he has been working on research related to these areas. Additionally, he holds a master's degree in applied quantitative research for social sciences from New York University and an undergraduate degree in Economics from UEES. He is currently a senior researcher at Respiralab Research Center and an Affiliated Researcher at UEES. Marco loves teaching at the university level (UEES and Penn State) and conveying his passion for research in social sciences and health. He always strives to involve his students in using data in real-world scenarios and shows them how they can apply quantitative analysis techniques to solve practical problems.
