Experience
Odalis works as a research assistant at LIDE, where she actively participates in the management and analysis of social projects. Her experience includes analyzing the relationship between liquidity, profitability, and solvency in Ecuadorian manufacturing companies using PLS-SEM models, as well as conducting a study on the economic policies implemented in the country and their impact on the labor market. Additionally, she has evaluated customer satisfaction at the company IN.PLANET S.A. using structural equation modeling, allowing her to apply statistical tools in practical and real-world contexts.
She has also worked as an academic assistant at the Universidad Estatal de Milagro (UNEMI), where she strengthened her organizational, teaching support, and teamwork skills. She is currently conducting research on the Comprehensive Health Care Manual in Educational Contexts (MAIS-CE), with the goal of evaluating its implementation and impact in the education sector, thus contributing to the design of evidence-based public policies.
